Ready to skip the lecture and just go have some fun in the woods? This hunt is for foragers who want to get out there, learn as they go, and enjoy the experience with fellow mushroom lovers. Think less classroom, more adventure.
We’ll kick things off with a quick seasonal rundown—what’s popping, where to look, and what might be hiding out there—then we’re hitting the trail. If we’ve got fresh finds, we’ll take a quick peek to sharpen those ID skills before heading in.
From there, it’s all about exploring, covering ground, and seeing what we can find together. We’ll be on the lookout for edible mushrooms, reading the forest, swapping tips, and maybe making a few new foraging friends along the way. If mushrooms are being shy, we’ll point out edible plants and key trees too—because it’s all connected.
This is a great fit for returning foragers or anyone who just wants to get out, learn by doing, and enjoy the hunt. Beginners are welcome—we’ll just keep things moving and learn in real time.
